Every semester the courses of the Faculty of Applied Sciences have to be evaluated. For this we developed a Questionnaire in two Versions.

• An Online Form which can be filled in via Web and
• an "offline" Paper Version which should be distributed to the students.

The completed questionnaires should be returned to us until the deadline is reached. If returned within the deadline, we will merge the data of the paper-version with the online-data and evaluate the questionnaires statistically (if there are enough questionnaires returned).
